When I purchased my Ford F-250 my greatest concern was about getting the proper maintenance for the vehicle. What a relief to find a shop to maintain records on maintenance done on my vehicle. Saves me the hassle of keeping track of the details.

don is very professional and straight forward. He gives you honesty. And when asked what he would do with the truck if it were his, based on truck value, conditions and certain circumstances he didn't try and push repairs. He said he wouldn't put in a new transmission. I really do appreciate that. If needed i will return, and i will surely refer. Thanks for the help.

The service was as good as I expected and the staff is friendly. I don't know how the price compares to other garages because I didn't compare. I have had them work on my car before and I just feel safe there so I didn't bother comparison shopping. I think that it's good to stick with the same mechanic (like you would a doctor)because they keep records and know what I need when I need it so I probably will stick with them from now on. I didn't feel like they tried to find things to fix that didn't need fixing but then again I am relatively clueless when it comes to auto mechanics. I recommend them for people like me who have to trust their mechanic.

i have been coming here for quite a while. Trust is the best word i can use when i come here for anything having to do with my vehicle. They will tell me what needs fixing immediately, and what can wait. Tells me the price and it is there, always. They call me to suggest something, but never a hard sell or scary sell. just matter of fact.

I have been a customer of RPM & Scotty's for the last few years and wouldn't consider taking my car any where else for repairs. The mechanics are talented & knowledgeable and I find Rob and Don are always professional and most importantly they are honest and actually do what they say they are going to do.

I have been going to Scotty's for over a year now, They have awesome, Courteous and very professional. If they find something wrong they contact you right away and give you a estimate for the repair, they also get you in and out in a very convenient time. I will always use Scotty's. They rock.

Prompt and Professional
|
I was overdue for an oil change and since I was in the area, I swung in to check if they had time to change the oil. They got me in right away. I was most impressed in listening to them with their other customers while I waited.
An older gentleman came in and they knew him by first name and chatted with him in a very friendly manner. A woman called on the phone with a dead battery and needed help. They knew her and were able to give her direction over the phone on how to solve her problem.
I have been very disillusioned lately on the cost of my car repairs that never seem to fix the problem I'm having. I will definitly try
Scottie's the next time, based on the great service I've gotten and the way they treat their customers.

Oil change
|
Called ahead to check if there was much of a wait for oil change. Told that they could get my car right in when I arrived. This was just the case. Fast,reliable service,with the great feeling that everything was done correctly. Well worth the extra drive to Glendale from the usual Jiiffy Lubes.

New Transmission

The reason I chose Scotty's is three fold. Recommendation from my mechanic, their affiliation with the BBB and the professionalism of the staff. I had a chance to deal with Rob directly. What a great guy. Humble enough to help me tighten the battery cabled on the truck I drove in to pick up my vehicle I had serviced. If I hadn't asked, I would have no clue he is also the owner of Scotty's. I will definitely recommend Scotty's to friends and family.

Always a great experience when I go to Scotty's. They always give a courtesy call if they see something that I didnt bring my vehicle in for. I never feel pressured to have to do something the suggest and I never feel like they are just trying to get more money from me.

Fluids Replacement
|
RPM Automotive serviced my 2004 GMC 2500HD transfer case, front and rear diffs and transmission quickly and professionally. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work they completed. I would recommend them and Scotty's Transmission to anyone requiring similar work.
